All products  are made with maximum comfort and durability for your pup. If this product were to get wet or dirty, please wash gently by hand with warm water and soap and leave to air dry, to prevent fabric from fading. All collars are treated with waterproofing spray for the muckiest pups!

If you are dissatisfied by this product you have 15 days from the order date to apply for a refund, which we will happily refund or ship out a new product.
