Shipping Policy

We give our customers the option of either first class shipping, which costs £4.75 or second class shipping which costs £3.75.

If you have paid for first class shipping, you should expect your order to arrive 2-3 working days after your order date- please allow us time to package and send off your order.

If you have paid for second class shipping, you should expect your order to arrive 5-7 working days after your order date- please allow us time to package and send off your order.

If you are dissatisfied by this product you have 15 days to apply for an exchange/refund. If you have not contacted us within the 15 day period, you will not be eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, products must be undamaged, clean and in the condition which you received them in. We would advise that you try on products in a dry, indoor condition in case you need to return them.
All sale items are non-refundable.
Products returned to us should contain all original packaging as received to be eligible for a refund.

Please pack your clean item(s) in the original packaging including a note of order number, name, address.
When you apply for a refund below, we will email you the return address label which you should stick on the front of the parcel.
Please note: you are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs will not be included in your refund. We do not take responsibility for any lost items- however we do recommend tracking your returns parcel.

Once we have recieved your returned product(s), they will be inspected and we will contact you via email to confirm whether your item(s) have been approved or rejected.
If your item is approved, your credit refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business working days.
