Bow-ties are made with maximum comfort for your pup, with our elastic strap, this product should not irritate the dog. If this product were to get wet or dirty, please wash gently by hand with warm water and soap and leave to air dry- to prevent fabric from fading.

If you are dissatisfied by this product you have 15 days from the order date to apply for a return/ refund, which we will happily refund or ship out a new product. Please note that we will not accept damaged/dirty products which are returned. Please visit the Return and refund tab on our website to discuss any issues.

Our products are posted by second class royal mail which should take 2-3 working days to arrive. Please allow us time to package and send your product. You should expect your parcel 5-7 working days after your purchase date but we will send you and email confirmation to keep you updated.
